Job Summary:

Midas Hospitality is seeking a dynamic Front Desk Agent to join our team at one of our hotels. This position will be responsible for greeting, registering, and assigning rooms to guests, as well as handling telephone inquiries and guest concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services: Greet and register guests, assign rooms, and provide directions.
  • Communication: Answer inquiries regarding hotel services, registration, and guest concerns.
  • Accounting: Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts, compute bills, and collect payments.
  • Reservations: Make, confirm, and cancel reservations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent is preferred, and experience in a customer service industry is required.
