5am to 1:30pm - $19/hr
1:30pm to 10pm - $19/hr (10% differential)

Location: Covina, CA
(You will be an employee of inSync Staffing working on a contract assignment)

Long-Term Assignment

Must possess a High School Diploma or GED.

Training Provided: The client will offer training for this role. The key quality sought is consistent attendance.

This role requires collaboration as part of a production team dedicated to manufacturing high-quality medical devices while achieving daily productivity and quality goals.

Responsibilities are conducted within a Controlled Environment Manufacturing Facility (CEMA), necessitating the use of protective attire and adherence to high standards of personal hygiene, in accordance with local Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to minimize product contamination.

Engage in assembly line operations (conveyor belt), focusing on the preparation and packaging of disposable plastic bags and tubing intended for blood collection (note: no exposure to blood).


Protective Gear Required: Lab coat, hairnet, and shoe covers—no makeup or jewelry permitted.

Adhere to SOPs and relevant documentation to assemble medical devices by executing various tasks; rotate through all assembly line functions.

Conduct inspections to ensure proper assembly in alignment with all current, applicable documentation; remove defective items from the line based on quality standards.

Notify relevant personnel of potential quality concerns and halt operations until further instructions are provided.

Accurately complete necessary Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) documentation.
Restock materials as required, in compliance with GMP.
Adhere to all company and facility safety protocols, procedures, and guidelines. Promptly report any potentially hazardous conditions.
May be requested to assist in training fellow Assemblers.
Perform additional tasks as needed.
