Core Responsibilities:
  • Execute intricate audio/video installations, configurations, and calibrations
  • Design control systems (lighting/shading) and install home theater setups
  • Install and configure satellite and cable systems
  • Conduct advanced troubleshooting for both simple and complex systems
  • Design, install, and configure advanced networking/data systems
  • Program sophisticated systems (Control Brand)
  • Complete training for (Brand) systems (lighting/shading)
  • Provide support for legacy and third-party products and systems
  • Thorough understanding of multi-room system setups
  • Advanced knowledge of security system programming and design
Essential Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
  • Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call service schedule
  • Assist in the training and assessment of junior technicians
  • Proficient in desktop and mobile computing
  • Must have a clean driving record and pass a background check (required for certification)
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant field experience
