We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Cheese Specialist to join our team at Randalls. As a Cheese Specialist, you will be the face of our company, working closely with customers to provide exceptional service and promote our products.

• Assist customers in selecting the perfect cheese for their needs
• Construct creative merchandising displays to showcase our cheese products
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our cheese offerings, including ingredients, flavors, and pairing suggestions
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store environment

• 1 or more years of experience working with cheese in a retail or grocery store environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
• Strong knowledge of cheese products, including ingredients, flavors, and pairing suggestions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
