Job Summary

Benjamin Moore is seeking a highly skilled Credit Processing Compliance Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Credit Processing Team, you will play a critical role in representing the Benjamin Moore brand by providing exceptional customer service while developing relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to credit processing.
    • Accurately process credits and debits requested by customers, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Customer Service and Communication
    • Provide information to customers regarding credits and debits, ensuring clear and concise communication.
    • Obtain and evaluate relevant information to manage customer inquiries and complaints, and to either resolve or properly escalate customer issues.
  • Operational Support
    • Communicate with logistics personnel to coordinate return delivery requirements.
    • Navigate systems and utilize resources to provide accurate and timely resolution to customer inquiries.
  • Team Collaboration and Development
    • Provide flexible assistance through cross-training and support to meet and exceed performance, customer satisfaction, and service level goals.
    • Assist in preparation of training materials and Job Aids.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of customer contact center experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service focus and ability to communicate professionally (oral and written).
  • Previous SAP experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills; detail oriented; self-starter.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows, and MS Office Suite required.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment.
