Schedule
Clinic hours are from 7 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, ensuring a consistent routine.
Employment Details
This is a part-time position (0.8 FTE, 64 hours per two-week pay period) that comes with eligibility for benefits.

Key Responsibilities
The LPN will perform essential nursing and medical tasks, including:
- Collecting data for patient assessments.
- Engaging patients and their support systems in the data collection process.
- Reporting any unusual findings or changes in patient conditions to the supervising RN or physician promptly.
- Delivering care as directed by the RN or physician to assigned patients.
- Adhering to the established patient care plans.
- Prioritizing tasks based on patient needs and available resources.
- Executing both high and low-risk technical procedures as defined by the clinical setting.
- Recognizing the need for different approaches based on age or cultural considerations.
- Implementing aspects of the patient education plan.
- Communicating effectively with the healthcare team regarding patient compliance and concerns.
- Ensuring continuity of care for all assigned patients.
- Responding appropriately to emergency situations.
- Maintaining clear and accurate communication with all team members.
Qualifications
Required:
- Vocational/Technical Training or Associate's Degree
- Current LPN License in Minnesota
Preferred:
- One to three years of experience in ambulatory care
- Current BLS Certification
