**About the Job:**

As a Painting and Coatings Technician with Optimized Personnel Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our industrial coatings projects. You will be responsible for applying coatings, performing surface preparation, and maintaining equipment.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Mix and match paint colors according to project specifications and client preferences.
  • Apply primer, paint, and other coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment, ensuring even and smooth coverage.
  • Monitor drying times and apply additional coats as needed, ensuring proper adhesion and finish.

**Requirements:**

  • 3+ years of experience in industrial coatings.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Proficient in surface preparation, coating application, and concrete resurfacing.
  • OSHA 10 is a plus.
