Work Schedule
This is a full-time position with daytime hours, covering various territories.
Compensation
The annual salary ranges from $100,000 to $110,000, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

Key Responsibilities
As an RN, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations for patient admissions.
- Timely and accurate completion of OASIS assessments.
- Delivering skilled nursing care in accordance with established care plans.
- Facilitating communication among staff, physicians, and family members to ensure continuity of care.
- Making appropriate referrals as necessary.
- Promoting patient health through education and rehabilitative measures.
- Assisting patients in developing self-care techniques.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A current RN license specific to the state of employment.
- A minimum of one year of clinical experience as an RN; candidates with less experience may be considered with approval.
- Current CPR certification.
- A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and liability insurance.
