Primary Care Physician

We are seeking an experienced Family Medicine Specialist to provide high-quality care to patients of all ages in a collaborative care environment.
This role requires a healthcare professional who can work collaboratively with other team members, support and maintain a positive attitude, and be responsive to cultural biases or conflicts.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work a flexible schedule, and provide patient-centered care and education to individuals and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and remote care to patients, alongside physicians, PAs, NPs, BH providers, and support staff.
- Focus on delivering high-quality care driven by data, while building strong relationships with patients and their families.
- Participate in ongoing continuing education opportunities, including access to Up to Date subscription.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements:
- Be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- Hold a valid Massachusetts medical license.
- Hold current CPR certification.
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are highly desirable.
