Aquatic Program Development and Management

The City of Farmington is seeking a highly motivated Aquatics Manager to oversee the development and implementation of aquatic programs. This position will be responsible for managing a team of lifeguards, instructors, and maintenance staff to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the aquatic facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement aquatics programs and services that meet the needs of the community
- Supervise and manage aquatic staff, including lifeguards, instructors, and maintenance personnel
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in recreation or a related field
- 2 years of experience in aquatic management or a related field
- Certified Pool Operator certification

Salary Range:$60,370 - $93,849 per year
