Lead Dentist Role at Aspen Dental Careers

This is a unique opportunity to take on a lead dentist role as a Managing Clinical Director at Aspen Dental Careers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care while leading a patient-centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions
  • Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients
  • Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency
  • Maintain an awareness of the budget and work in conjunction with Operations team to attain financial objectives
  • Mentor and coach new dentists and an entire team of dental professionals
  • Keep abreast of new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development
  • Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the greater community

Requirements:

  • Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
