We offer a competitive salary of $ $92,500 per year for our Dietitian Specialist position in Detroit at Henry Ford St John Hospital. The salary includes a $2,500 sign on bonus as well as reimbursement for professional dues, CDR fees, Academy or ASPEN annual membership and state license fees.

Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled dietitian to provide nutrition services in identified specialty areas, including NICU, bariatric, renal, cardiac, diabetes, nutrition support, pediatrics, oncology, transplant, geriatrics, and outpatient services. The successful candidate will assess the nutritional status of patients/residents through documentation in the medical record, train and mentor patient/resident services staff and interns, and foster teamwork to implement innovative programs that lead to optimal clinical nutrition and financial outcomes.

Key Qualifications:
  • Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
  • Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing Board, in states where required
  • Two (2) years of experience in area of specialty required
  • Specialty certification when applicable
