Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Pest Control Specialist - Seasonal Field Representative to join our team at Insight Pest Solutions LLC. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of quality in our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular interaction and effective communication
  • Work outdoors for most of the day, meeting physical demands such as lifting at least 50lbs, crawling/kneeling, and applying liquid treatments to soil
  • Maintain accurate data entry and documentation into mobile devices for services performed
  • Flexibility to work Monday-Saturday during the summer season
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to read and understand safety protocols
  • Basic mathematical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
  • Ability to take and pass a series of exams as part of new hire training
