Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including administering medication, wound care, and monitoring vital signs. You will also assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medication, wound care, and monitoring vital signs.

  • Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, medications, and self-care techniques.
  • Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records.
  • Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to the appropriate medical staff.
  • Adhere to all nursing standards and protocols.
Requirements
  • Current unrestricted Wyoming Registered Nurse Licensure.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a registered nurse preferred, but not required.
  • BLS certification, required.
  • Familiarity with Cerner electronic health record system is a plus.
  • Proficiency in catheterization, DME (Durable Medical Equipment), sonography, and home care procedures.
  • Central Registry, required on start.

  • Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
