Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to residents in skilled nursing
- Follow established policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements:
- Current State Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current or eligible for certification in CPR
