Nurse Practitioner

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to residents in skilled nursing
• Follow established policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:

• Current State Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current or eligible for certification in CPR

Pay Range:

$47.50 per hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
