East TN Behavioral Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary treatment team, the Registered Nurse Supervisor will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Ensure that all patients receive comprehensive and compassionate care, including medical, behavioral health, and social services.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure that they are providing high-quality care and adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular rounds to ensure that patients are receiving the care and services they need, and to identify and address any concerns or issues.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction, and to reduce readmissions and other adverse events.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that patients receive seamless and coordinated care.
- Document patient care and services in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and activities to ensure that patient care and services are meeting established standards.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Tennessee.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a behavioral health setting.
- Experience in supervisory or leadership roles preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize tasks and responsibilities effectively.
