This is a full-time position that requires a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and repair of property and apartment units, as well as providing excellent customer service to residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain the property and apartment units to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Respond to service requests and complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and replacing air filters.
- Conduct daily inspections of the property and identify potential maintenance issues.
- Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and vendors to ensure excellent customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in property maintenance and repairs.
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
- Valid driver's license and insurance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
