Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Provider to manage patient care within a hospital setting. This role involves handling admissions from the emergency department, direct admissions, and specialist consultations during daytime hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient admissions and discharges with the support of Nurse Practitioners.
- Collaborate with a large discharge team to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Participate in a flexible call schedule that allows for early finishes.
- Engage in patient care within an open ICU environment, with no procedures or intubations required.
- Respond to Rapid Response Codes as necessary.

Work Schedule:
- 12-hour shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM.
- No minimum number of shifts required annually.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Hospital-employed position with W2 status.
- Comprehensive medical malpractice coverage, including tail coverage.
- Ideal for candidates with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
