Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team at DNA Comprehensive Therapy Services in Wesley Chapel, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health counseling and be passionate about providing exceptional care to children and families.

This is a full-time/part-time position that offers a competitive salary range of $56,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include 401(k), dental insurance, flexible schedule, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement clinical procedures and guidelines as needed
  • Participate in staff meetings and case presentations
  • Supervise Care Coordinators during initial intakes
  • Provide supervision and consultation to staff and student interns
  • Provide patient-centered therapy interventions with an emphasis on patient involvement
  • Document patient screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress, and referral information in the electronic medical record
