Join Our Team as a Rail Terminal Operations Associate

Pacific Rail Services is seeking dedicated individuals to become part of our team in a stable industry at our terminal operations. We provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for entry-level candidates, and no prior experience is necessary.

Shift Details:
Evening shift starting at 5 PM (initial training will occur during the day shift)

Annual Compensation:
$45,000 - $60,000, including overtime opportunities
Mandatory Overtime

Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants for the Rail Terminal Operations Associate position should meet the general employment requirements set forth by the company, which include:
  • Preferred experience in outdoor work, extended hours, and operating larger vehicles, though not mandatory.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Ability to successfully pass a drug screening and an IPCS Physical Strength Test.
  • No GED or diploma is required.
  • Additional requirements will be discussed during the interview process.
This position is ideal for individuals seeking roles in warehouse operations, delivery driving, physical labor, landscaping, or those with experience in heavy equipment operation and rail yard activities.
