What You'll Be Doing...

As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for generating retail sales by using your passion for technology and exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network. You'll learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions, and position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Utilize your knowledge of Verizon products and services to provide customers with tailored solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
What We're Looking For...

We're seeking individuals with a high school diploma or GED, one or more years of work experience, and a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income is also a plus. If you have experience working in a commission-based environment, demonstrated sales experience, or customer service experience, that's a definite plus

Join Verizon today and be eligible for a $2500 sign-on bonus. (Subject to the terms and conditions of the award) Compensation varies by geography and performance. Our commission program allows unlimited opportunity which could allow top earners to make an extra $10,000 or more per year in addition to the compensation range quoted earlier.
