The Marathon Group Recruiting, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Lead Offset Press Operator to join their team. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for operating a Heidelberg 102 printing press and producing high-quality pharmaceutical labels and literature solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a Heidelberg 102 printing press to produce pharmaceutical labels and literature solutions
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure efficient production
• Collaborate with the production team to meet production deadlines and quality standards
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in offset printing and label production
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical label regulations and compliance
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
