Job Summary:The Senior Registered Nurse will be responsible for managing all aspects of the nursing process and delivering high-quality patient-centered care. This role requires a strong commitment to excellence, a passion for nursing, and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Manage and coordinate patient care activities, including medication administration, wound care, and discharge planning.
- Supervise and mentor junior nurses to ensure high-quality care and promote professional growth.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- 2+ years of experience in Med Surg nursing.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Valid/Current license to practice as a RN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- BLS certification.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- ACLS certification preferred.
