Senior Welding Specialist

Hyspan Precision Products is a rapidly growing employee-owned company seeking a highly skilled Senior Welding Specialist to join our team on the 3rd shift.
The salary range for this position includes a shift differential of $1.00 per hour, resulting in an estimated annual salary of $58,000 to $65,000 based on a 40-hour workweek.
Responsibilities- Perform welding, inspection, and maintain weld qualifications while adhering to company guidelines.
- Cross-train on all operations in the group, including brazing, laser marking, deburring, and assembly.
- Able to follow directions, work independently, and learn welding skills.
- Must have basic measurement tool skills, interpret blueprints, and communicate effectively with team members.
- Adhere to quality requirements, ISO 9000, AS 9100, ITAR, and ISO 14001 standards.
- Establish and maintain a safe working environment in accordance with corporate policy and OSHA standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Possess basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office products.
