We are seeking an experienced and skilled HVAC Salesperson to join our team at Brown Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing. As a highly motivated sales professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers' comfort needs are met.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding sales performance. You will be working closely with our team of experienced technicians and support staff to provide personalized solutions to our customers' in-home comfort needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the service department to identify new sales opportunities and grow existing business
  • Provide accurate and timely quotes and proposals to customers
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of sales and installation processes
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
