Behavioral Therapist

A & J Behavioral Health is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our mission-driven organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans.
• Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to create individualized treatment plans.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and make data-driven decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis.

Qualifications:

• Masters in a related field or ABA.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Dedication to improving the lives of clients and their families.
