Tank Trailer Washer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Tank Trailer Washer to join our team at The Kenan Advantage Group. As a Tank Trailer Washer, you will be responsible for cleaning, drying, and deodorizing tank trailers using high-pressure steam, water, chemicals, and detergents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform wash water segregation duties
  • Comply with company safety, environmental, and operational procedures
  • Manage chemical usage and waste
  • Open and close valves
  • Couple tanks and drive tractors
  • Lift, pull, push, and carry hoses
  • Conduct measurements and complete paperwork

Preparation for Deliveries: Prepare trailers for deliveries by ensuring they are clean, dry, and deodorized.

Pay and Schedule: $20/hour (based on experience) for 2nd shift Sunday through Thursday, 2pm - 10:30pm.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to clear and enter confined spaces
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and over 50 lbs. occasionally
