About the Role

GHR Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled nurse to join our team as a Vital Care Specialist for a Med Surg / Telemetry unit. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a renowned healthcare provider.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized patient care, prioritizing their physical and emotional well-being
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • A valid RN license in good standing
  • Experience working in a med surg / telemetry setting, preferably with a similar patient population
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
