TestPros, a leading provider of IT technical support services, is seeking a highly skilled cybersecurity professional to manage the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process and review/update the Authority to Operate (ATO) and Authority to Connect (ATC) approval packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the RMF process to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of IT resources.
- Review and update ATO and ATC approval packages to ensure compliance with security requirements.
- Perform as the primary security advisor on multiple systems, providing guidance on security policies and procedures.
- Conduct comprehensive IT security control assessments on systems identified within the scope of the contract.
- Provide detailed assessment findings using Government-specified processes and procedures.
- Utilize RMF tools such as eMASS, SNAP, ITIPS, and GIAP to implement an information technology process that effectively protects the element's information assets and its ability to perform its mission.
Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship.
- 4-8 years of experience in cybersecurity.
- DoD Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent listening skills, effective and efficient oral and written communication skills.
- Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Solid time management, planning, organizational communication skills, and ability to scope prospective engagements, develop proposals and project plans.
- Possession of one of the following IAT II certifications: CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP.
