Key Responsibilities:

  • Examine all lease contracts for both current and prospective residents.
  • Stay informed about the rental and sales market to determine appropriate vacancy and renewal rates.
  • Enhance renewal rates by managing lease renewals and optimizing advertising strategies.
  • Evaluate leasing activities based on market trends, competition, and performance metrics, providing actionable insights to management.
  • Facilitate clear and timely communication with clients, staff, and stakeholders throughout all projects.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including compliance, leasing, and accounting.
  • Review historical income and expense trends to inform future financial decisions.
  • Handle invoices and vendor payments, ensuring accurate records and addressing discrepancies.
  • Verify that all necessary insurance requirements are met for the properties.
  • Oversee daily property operations, prioritizing resident satisfaction.
  • Ensure all building systems and operations are maintained in a timely manner.
  • Guarantee compliance with all audits, inspections, and reviews.
  • Supervise maintenance and repair activities, including vendor management and quality assurance.
  • Negotiate service contracts, ensuring adherence to agreed terms with suppliers and service providers.
  • Provide leadership and direction to maintenance personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-family property management is required.
  • At least one year of customer service experience is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of building operations and maintenance is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Familiarity with property management software, such as Yardi, is a plus.
  • This is a full-time role, with a work schedule from Tuesday to Saturday.
  • Experience managing high-end residential properties is advantageous.
