Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Expeditor to enhance our culinary operations at Republic Chophouse. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring a seamless dining experience by effectively communicating with the kitchen staff and managing the flow of orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the progress of orders and dishes.
  • Assist kitchen staff in maintaining efficiency and adherence to ticket times.
  • Notify waitstaff regarding any shortages of ingredients or menu items.
  • Update inventory levels in the point-of-sale system as needed.
  • Convey special dietary requests from front-of-house to back-of-house.
