Position Overview:
As a Clinical Training Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering specialized training programs developed by MedAire's Education Services. Your role will involve providing instructional support and ensuring the effective dissemination of knowledge to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct training sessions for MedAire's developed courses as per the directives of Education Services.
2. Assist in the planning and execution of the Instructor Orientation Program.
3. Engage actively in quality initiatives and contribute to departmental activities.
4. Represent MedAire at industry conferences and seminars as needed.
5. Assess and report on the effectiveness of training, utilizing various evaluation methods including written tests and practical assessments.
6. Ensure timely completion of assigned projects and maintain clear communication with supervisors.
7. Provide expert input in your area of specialization as required.
8. Support the development of medical curricula and coordinate special training events when necessary.
9. Assist administrative staff with special projects or tasks as assigned.

Confidentiality Commitment:
Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information encountered during your duties, in compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations.

Required Experience:
Aviation Focused Instructors: Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in flight nursing or as a flight paramedic, or equivalent qualifications as an RN or EMT-P with a strong understanding of aviation physiology.
Maritime Focused Instructors: Preferred experience in critical care or emergency room settings, with additional experience in maritime environments, including work on private or commercial vessels, or relevant training in STCW requirements and clinical wound care.
5 years of experience in adult medical education is essential.

Additional Qualifications:
Must hold a current unrestricted license as an RN or EMT-P.
Certification as an American Heart Association BLS Instructor or Heart Saver Instructor is required.

Travel Requirements:
Possession of a valid driver's license and passport is mandatory.
Ability to provide proof of adequate insurance coverage as per state regulations is required.
Must have or be able to obtain a valid credit card.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally by air is essential. Candidates should reside within a reasonable distance from a major airport.
