Job Summary
We are seeking a diligent Purchasing Specialist who will play a crucial role in keeping our operations running smoothly. In this role, you will be involved with procuring supplies, materials, and equipment essential for our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Procurement Management: Ensure the timely delivery of supplies, materials, and equipment, verifying specifications of purchase requests and obtaining prices and delivery.
- Order Management: Place orders with our approved vendors, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, and manage inventory records, invoices, and material requests.
- Inventory Control: Keep tidy records of correspondence, inventory updates, invoices, and purchase orders, and track orders to guarantee delivery in accurate quantities and within the expected timeframe.
