Job Summary

The Assistant Car Wash Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the car wash facility, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence. This includes providing leadership and direction in key business metrics, sales, and profitability, as well as maintaining all standards of car wash operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assists with weekly metrics, regular equipment inspections, and hourly quality checks.
  • Maintains all standards of car wash operations, including visual presentation, security, inventory control, human resources, expense control, and operational policies and procedures.
  • Performs daily accounting reconciliation and prepares/makes deposits.
  • Partners with the Car Wash Manager to hire and train car wash employees and ensures adherence to safety rules and regulations.
  • Reviews key performance metrics with car wash staff to drive profitability and service.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years' experience in a car wash environment.
  • Working knowledge of car wash mechanics, metrics, and financials.
  • Proactive safety attitude.
  • Ability to aggressively promote the business.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work long hours, including nights and weekends.
