Job Opportunity at Tiny Town Childcare & Learning Center

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Toddler Teacher to join our team at Tiny Town Childcare & Learning Center in Elyria. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children aged 18 months to 2.5 years and possess excellent leadership and classroom management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth in our young learners
  • Establish a safe and nurturing environment that fosters a love of learning and exploration
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective educational program
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting
  • Excellent leadership and classroom management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm, with a 35-40 hour workweek
