Breakfast Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Staybridge Suites Minot, ND. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience in our breakfast area.

• Prepare and serve breakfast to guests, ensuring high-quality food and beverages are presented in a clean and organized manner.
• Greet and seat guests, providing a positive and friendly atmosphere.
• Assist with food preparation, cooking, and presentation, adhering to standard recipes and health codes.
• Ensure all guests are treated with professionalism and consistency, handling difficult situations with diplomacy.
• Monitor and maintain food and beverage inventory, adhering to portion controls and health regulations.
• Provide a safe working environment by adhering to safety programs, health department requirements, and job safety analysis.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in food service, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for up to 4 hours and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with the ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
