We are seeking a qualified Teacher in Charge to lead our teaching team and provide guidance on curriculum planning, scheduling, and child development support.

• Curriculum Development: Collaborate with our educational team to develop engaging lessons and activities that align with our curriculum framework.
• Scheduling and Time Management: Design daily and weekly schedules to ensure effective learning and care.
• Child Development Support: Provide basic care and caregiving activities to promote children's well-being.
• Evaluation and Progress Monitoring: Evaluate children's progress to identify areas of strength and improvement.
• Parent Communication: Maintain open communication with parents to keep them informed about their child's activities.

• Prior experience as a daycare teacher or childcare provider.
• A strong understanding of child development principles.
• A patient, kind, and nurturing approach.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Current First Aid/CPR certification.
