Job Title: CT Technologist

TotalMed Allied is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in Washington, D.C.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced CT Technologist to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for CT scans, including positioning and instructing them on how to hold their breath
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information and scan results
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field
  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography
  • Experience working with computed tomography scanners
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
