Job Description

As an Interior Design Project Coordinator, you will work closely with the Architectural and Interior Design team to develop interior design solutions for projects ranging from workplace, higher education, and other community and commercial buildings.

Responsibilities

  • Create design solutions with enduring impact through original insight
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop interior design solutions for various projects
  • Research materials and concepts to advise the design team on technical issues influencing interior design concept development
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with multidisciplinary team members
  • Prioritize tasks and coordinate the completion of documentation required from initial design phase through final project completion

Qualifications

To be successful as an Interior Design Project Coordinator, you should possess:

  • Four-year degree in Interior Design or related field from an accredited program
  • 8+ years of professional experience in interior design or a related field
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients
  • Ability to oversee and be responsible for project delivery
  • Working knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, and other industry-accepted software
