Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all nursing care for patients in accordance with established clinical nursing standards.
  • Collaborate with various healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Enhance the quality of nursing care through performance improvement initiatives that yield positive patient results.
  • Gather and assess patient health information.
  • Evaluate assessment data to identify patient issues.
  • Determine expected outcomes tailored to each patient.
  • Formulate a detailed care plan that outlines interventions to achieve the expected outcomes.
Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
  • Valid Registered Nurse License in Oklahoma.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Certification as a Rehabilitation Nurse preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital environment preferred.
