Veterinary Receptionist

Twin Lakes Veterinary Hospital Inc is a family-owned, full-service veterinary practice with a rich history of providing exceptional care to the community. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Receptionist to join our team.

We work together as a cohesive unit to provide the highest standard of care to our patients and their families. Our front office team is the foundation of our busy practice, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for veterinary medicine.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to multitask with ease. They will be responsible for greeting clients, checking in patients, and processing payments, as well as providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and check in patients for their appointments
• Collect and confirm pet and owner information
• Process payments and manage the front office
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and staff

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in computer and phone skills
• Experience with electronic medical record software and other technology

Schedule:

• Full-time: 36-40 hour work week
• Monday-Friday with possibility of Saturdays in the future
• Day-time hours only
