**Job Summary**

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a highly skilled Banquet Captain to join our team. As a Banquet Captain, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of banquet events, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise banquet staff to ensure efficient setup, service, and breakdown of events
  • Verify event details, including room setup, staffing, and equipment requirements
  • Communicate effectively with event planners, vendors, and hotel staff to ensure seamless execution
  • Monitor and control event budgets, ensuring profitability and adherence to company standards
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure high-quality service and attention to detail
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve event quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

**Requirements:**

  • 2+ years of experience in banquet or event management
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
