Steward - FT

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Steward to join our team at Penn National Gaming. As a Steward, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests and employees.

• Perform daily cleaning projects as directed by supervisors
• Clean all floor mats, sweep and mop all kitchen floors to remove food, debris, and grease, and clean behind and under all equipment
• Maintain hood vent system and ovens
• Clean and sanitize all garbage cans
• Ensure the cleanliness of all floors, walls, dishes, pots, etc...

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• High school diploma or equivalent required
