Nurse Practitioner

Castle Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading our nursing staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, performing routine charting duties, and maintaining accurate records.
- Supervise nursing assistants and provide guidance and support to ensure they are following established safety regulations and providing high-quality care.
- Develop and maintain a good working rapport with inter-departmental personnel and other departments within the facility to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physicians, and perform routine charting duties as required.
- Monitor assigned personnel to ensure they are following established safety regulations in the use of equipment and supplies.
- Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information, including protected health information, and report any known or suspected incidents of unauthorized disclosure.
- Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse with current unencumbered state license.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care facilities.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Experience in Long Term Care is preferred.
The physical demands of this role include the ability to move intermittently through the workday, cope with the mental and emotional stress of the position, and function independently with flexibility and personal integrity.
