We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our dynamic outpatient therapy team in a modern, state-of-the-art facility. Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Licensure: None required
- Experience: A minimum of five (5) years in an outpatient or hospital environment is preferred. Experience with interdisciplinary teams focusing on rehabilitation services is advantageous. Case management skills and/or certification in case management are preferred.
