Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic to join our team at Trotter Workforce. As a dynamic and innovative recruiting firm, we take pride in offering diverse career opportunities across a multitude of industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex heavy duty diesel equipment and engines
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on heavy duty diesel vehicles and equipment
  • Collaborate with a team of mechanics to achieve production goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance and repair strategies to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and advancements in heavy duty diesel equipment and engines
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in heavy duty diesel equipment and engine repair
  • Valid driver's license
  • Crane maintenance experience
  • Construction equipment experience
  • Diesel truck engine experience
  • Small engine experience a plus
  • Ability to manage a small group of mechanics
  • Welding and fabrication skills
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment
  • PA Inspection License a plus
  • Class A CDL and DOT med card a plus
  • NCCCO crane license a plus
