AQ Transformer Solutions Inc is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing multiple manufacturing-related duties to ensure the completion of product assembly.
Main Responsibilities- Material Preparation: Prepare materials for product assembly, including raw materials and finished products.
- Equipment Operation: Operate machinery used in the production process, including hoists and other equipment.
- Quality Control: Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards and notify supervisors of any non-conformance.
- Team Collaboration: Assist other team members as needed and work effectively in a team environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Clean and lubricate equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Education: GED/HS Diploma required.
- Experience: Manufacturing experience and knowledge of controls and instrumentation, equipment maintenance, and quality management.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. using safe lifting practices and frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and ladder use.
