About the Role

The Maintenance Specialist is a key member of the Radisson Panama City Beach team, responsible for ensuring the hotel's facilities and equipment are in top working condition. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on the hotel's facilities and equipment, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances.
  • Guest Services: Respond to and resolve guest maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical problems, and install and maintain new equipment as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Order and maintain inventory of supplies and parts, and keep maintenance records up to date.
  • Safety and Compliance: Comply with all safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a maintenance role.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work safely and independently.
