Staffing Proxy is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Audiologist to join their team. As a Clinical Audiologist, you will provide comprehensive hearing healthcare services to adults and children, including diagnostic evaluations, hearing aid fittings, and aural rehabilitation. You will work closely with the team to provide exceptional patient care and stay up-to-date with the latest audiological advancements. Responsibilities include:

* Conducting comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluations for adults and children
* Providing hearing aid recommendations and fittings, verified with REM, electroacoustic evaluations, and aural rehabilitation
* Administering and interpreting audiological tests, making appropriate amplification and/or medical management recommendations
* Selecting, fitting, orienting, troubleshooting, and aural rehabilitating hearing aids, focusing on verification and validation
* Adhering to all audiology best practices

Requirements:

* Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) from an accredited program
* Current license to practice Audiology in Massachusetts
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
