Position Summary:
The Licensed Vocational Nurse collaborates with the nursing team to deliver exceptional patient care. If you are a dedicated LVN with a genuine passion for healthcare and a commitment to teamwork, we encourage you to explore this opportunity.

Duties & Responsibilities:
The LVN operates under direct supervision, adhering to state-specific Nurse Practice Acts and guidelines. Responsibilities include:
- Delivering nursing care to patients in need
- Collecting and documenting patient data
- Observing and reporting relevant information regarding patient care
- Directing and supervising care provided by other nursing staff as necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must hold a valid LVN license in good standing
- A minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a long-term care setting is preferred.
